Emergency Datacentre Outage Notification

We need to perform necessary upgrade of the software on the core router of the datacentre (known as cr0.heron.bytel.net.uk) in quick order, and so there will be a 5-10 minute outage of all collocated servers in Heron Road and a partial outage of our BT broadband platform at midnight tomorrow (4^th Feb). Leased lines and our Middletown and Arcc broadband platforms will be unaffected.
