BT (who provide us with access to their broadband network) are having major issues at the moment, involving equipment in Edinburgh. We've also heard that they were doing some sort of major maintenance last night without notifying ISPs such as ourselves properly, which may or may not be linked together.
As such, some lines are not working correctly at present and this is estimated to be fixed at 9.34am.

Update @ 14.29 :: The fault has re-occured. BT have given us an estimated fix of 4pm.
Update @ 9.30 21st Jan :: BT have now allegedly fixed the fault for good.
